Membership Terms

1. Membership Commitment & Term

All Chi Harmony membership packages (Harmony Circle, Serenity Plus, and Zenith Tier) require a mandatory 12-month initial commitment. By purchasing a membership, you agree to an initial contract term of 12 months starting from the date of purchase.

2. Automatic Renewal

After the initial 12-month term is complete, your membership will automatically convert to a month-to-month agreement. The monthly rate will continue to be charged to your card on file until you provide notice of cancellation as outlined in Section 5.

3. Billing & Payment

• Automatic Billing: Membership fees will be automatically charged to the credit card on file on the same day of each month (e.g., if you sign up on the 10th, you are charged on the 10th).

• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again after 3 days. If payment cannot be collected within 10 days, your membership benefits will be suspended until the account is brought current.

4. Rollover & Unused Services

• Rollover Policy: We understand life gets busy. Unused monthly service credits will roll over for 30 days. After this period, unused credits will expire.

• Redemption: Rollover credits must be used while the membership is active. If you cancel your membership, you will have 30 days to use any accrued credits, after which they are forfeited.

• Non-Transferable: Membership service credits are for the designated member only and cannot be transferred to another person (except where explicitly covered by "Guest Perks").

5. Cancellation & Early Termination

• After Initial Term: After your 12-month commitment is met, you may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days' written notice via email to hello@chiharmony.com.

• Early Termination: If you wish to cancel before the 12-month commitment is finished, you will be charged an Early Termination Fee equal to 50% of the remaining balance.

• Exceptions: We will waive the Early Termination Fee in cases of documented relocation (moving more than 25 miles away) or medical inability to receive treatments (doctor’s note required).

6. Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

As a member, you receive priority booking; however, our standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies.

• Late Cancel/No-Show: If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your service credit for that month will be forfeited as if the service were rendered.

7. Guest Perks (Serenity Plus & Zenith Tier)

• "Bring a Friend" discounts apply to new clients only (or clients who have not visited in 12+ months).

• The member must be present at the spa (or receiving a service at the same time) for the guest to receive the discount, unless otherwise approved by management.

8. Membership Freezes

Members are permitted to "freeze" their membership for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months per year for a fee of $15/month. The 12-month commitment period will be extended by the number of months the membership is frozen.
